The Gym Setup

The Gym Setup is a podcast and video series about real stories and real solutions from the fitness industry that takes listeners behind the scenes of one of the fastest-growing industries in Europe. Hosted by an experienced fitness equipment specialist from OPREMA.FIT, who has been helping gym owners build their businesses from the ground up for years.

In each episode, we talk with:

•Gym owners who went from single personal training sessions to fitness club chains

•Equipment distributors who know what really sells in the industry

•Entrepreneurs who built million-dollar companies in the health and fitness sector

•Trainers who changed the lives of thousands of people

•Real questions and challenges straight from our projects and conversations with gym and home-gym owners.

This IS NOT another podcast about how to perform the perfect deadlift. These are conversations about real business challenges: how much it costs to open a gym, what are the biggest beginner mistakes, how to find the right clients, and how to make money in the fitness industry.

If you dream of owning your own gym, already run a fitness business, or are simply fascinated by entrepreneurship – this podcast is for you.

New episodes regularly. Check out what really happens when trainings are over.
